Congratulations are words that express praise for an accomplishment or good wish at a special occasion

and I will share about my experience to congratulate my brother who was accepted into the university he wanted
First of all I will introduce my sister, her name is Aulia Syifa Rachma Ayu but I usually call her my sister Syifa. and I want to congratulate him on being accepted into the University he wants.
